The Director General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu understands Nigeria’s challenges and has the expertise to make the country work through his Renewed Hope Agenda.
Speaking at the 46th Media Parliament organized by the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Kwara State Chapter, on Thursday February 20, 2025, Onilu noted that the president is focused on rebuilding the nation from its foundation to establish a solid structure for a functional and prosperous Nigeria.
Onilu particularly referenced that past administrations had made attempts at reforms but lacked the strategic approach needed for lasting solutions.
According to Onilu, Tinubu’s government is not only addressing economic and security challenges but also laying a sustainable framework for good governance, infrastructural development, and national unity.
He further called on Nigerians to support the administration’s vision, urging citizens to be patient and optimistic as the Renewed Hope Agenda unfolds.
Onilu asserted that meaningful change takes time and that with collective effort, Nigeria can overcome its difficulties and achieve progress.
